 I'm Ch. Shilpa completed my Undergraduate in TSWRDCCW Budhera , Sangareddy. As I entered the Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) program, I was filled with excitement and anticipation. The prospect of delving into the intricacies of business management and gaining practical skills was both thrilling and daunting.     As I approached the end of my BBA journey, Armed with a comprehensive understanding of business principles and a passion for innovation, I look forward to embarking on the next chapter of my career, equipped to make a meaningful impact in the dynamic world of business. Feeling very pleasure that I have Secured a seat in Hyderabad central university, Gachibowli--School of Management studies(SMS) in Masters of business administration (MBA).



During my time at college I was fortunate to have had an enriching experience that profoundly shaped my academic and personal growth. The faculty members at were not just educators but mentors who fostered a supportive learning environment. Their dedication to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond greatly contributed to my success.

I vividly remember the countless hours spent in engaging discussions, , and one-on-one mentorship sessions. The faculty's passion for their respective fields was contagious, fueling my curiosity and pushing me to explore beyond the confines of the classroom.

Overall, my experience at  was transformative. It instilled in me a sense of confidence, resilience, and a thirst for knowledge that continues to guide me in my endeavours today. I am immensely grateful for the opportunities and support I received during my time at the college where Srivani mam was the coordinator she was the great supporter motivator she stood behind me & navigated me .And I would  be grateful to the whole faculty & I carry  those lessons with me as I navigate the challenges of the professional world.

Pursuing PG from HCU



This is Swapna Neerati, a common girl who came from a rural area in the District of Mahbubnagar, Telangana to pursue Under graduation in the prestigious college TSWRDCCW Budhera.

 I took B.com Computer Applications as my UG course where I’m quite good in accounts and statistics. I was very excited at the time of joining because I’m going to explore new city, making new friends and gaining knowledge with the extraordinary faculty.

Still, I do remember that, in the first year of my UG, one of my faculty have told that” you have good leadership skills and you should make them use to achieve your goals”. It was really an encouraging in my early stage in the college.

In our institution there is a practice called college level politics, where future leaders are moulded. Because of my friend’s encouragement I have nominated for the role of college secretary in the final year. Students have believed in my positive attitude and the way I have communicated with them, so that they made me win in the elections. Later I faced many challenges and learned new things out of them, my faculty was always there with me whenever I felt low.

In my perspective leadership is not all about power but also taking responsibility and accountability.

The institution have provided special classes to train students for the competitive exams, and the result is most of the students are pursuing their PG in central and state Universities I’m one among them.

Now I’m doing my MBA in Central University of Karnataka

 I have the beautiful experience during my college days. This is the place where I was shaped my academic growth and personal growth. Their dedication to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond greatly contribute to my success.  Even I don’t about the CAT exam and TISS exam before joined there, my faculty only guided me to apply for the HCU. I was my learned many things in my college from my faculty, and because my faculty only I got the Admission in HCU and TISS.  There are main reasons for my success. Overall my experience at was transformative. It instilled, and me a sense confidence, resilience, and a thirst for the knowledge that continues to guide me in my endeavors toady. I am grateful for the opportunities and great support I received during my college where Shailaja madam and Srivani madam there are the supporters and motivators I would be great full to the whole faculty of my college.



నా పేరు బైండ్ల శిరీష, నేను సోషల్ వెల్ఫేర్ రెసిడెన్షియల్ గురుకుల బుదేరా డిగ్రీ కళాశాలలో డిగ్రీ పూర్తి చేశాను. మేడం వాళ్ళ ప్రోత్సాహంతో డిగ్రీలో మంచి మెరిట్ సంపాదించాను.

 అలాగే హైదరాబాద్ సెంట్రల్ యూనివర్సిటీ ఎంట్రెన్స్ ఎగ్జామ్ కి ప్రిపేర్ అవ్వడానికి  మా మేడం వాళ్ళు ఎంతో ప్రోత్సహించారు

 వాళ్ళ ప్రోత్సాహం వల్లే నేను హైదరాబాద్ సెంట్రల్ యూనివర్సిటీ, మరియు ఉస్మానియా యూనివర్సిటీ లో మంచి మెరిట్ తో ఎం.ఏ తెలుగు లో సీటు సంపాదించాను.  మా తెలుగు మేడం పార్వతి, మేడం మౌనిక, మేడం భాగ్యలక్ష్మి,మేడం మరియు ఆరిఫా మేడం, మొదలైన వారు చదువులో నన్ను చాలా ప్రోత్సహించారు.  వాళ్ళందరి ప్రోత్సాహంతోనే నేను హైదరాబాద్ సెంట్రల్ యూనివర్సిటీలో ఎంఏ తెలుగులో మంచి మెరిట్ తో  సీటు సంపందించగలిగాను . ఒక గొప్ప యూనివర్సిటీ లో పీజీ  పూర్తి చేసినందుకు, నాకు అంతమంచి అవకాశం వచ్చినందుకు నేను చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉన్నాను.  నన్ను ఇంతలా ప్రోత్సహించిన ప్రతీ ఒక్క మేడం వాళ్లకు మరియు సార్ వాళ్లకు అందరికి  నా కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలుపుకుంటున్న



It was my immense fortune to be the part of TSWRDCC(W) - SangaReddy  where dreams are nurtured. Coming from a humble family background  raised by a single parent and fuelled by an unwavering passion for learning joined here in           b. Com (hon) batch 2019-2021. Surrounded by a nurturing environment , guidance by dedicated lecturers and well planned extra curricular activities helped me to grab an opportunity to discover my inner worth. Selected for a cultural exchange program visited Morocco which helped me to expand my horizons. Cracked CPGET and embarked on a new chapter at University college of commerce and business management ,Osmania University. I pursued my

master degree in commerce with focus on finance and successfully cracked TS SET 2023 desire to contribute to the academic community.
